With a background in Psychology and over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve worked closely with people through many stages of growth, challenge, and transformation.
After completing my B.A. in Psychology at Concordia University and building a career helping individuals thrive in their professional paths, I returned to my roots in mental health. I earned my Clinical Hypnosis Certificate from the University of Toronto and have since been guiding clients through emotional healing, behavioral change, and inner breakthroughs.
